The dedicated faculty of St. Michael School is comprised of one principal, nine full-time teachers, and three part-time teachers. The nine full-time teachers are certified within the state of Pennsylvania. Teachers hold either a master's degree or Level II instructional certification and regularly attend programs of higher education. The faculty also participates in the Catholic School Teacher Track through Franciscan University.
